All Spiritual gifts are for strengthening others. Peter says As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace - 1 Peter 4:10
Spiritual gifts are nothing less than God Himself (the Holy Spirit) in us; energizing our souls, imparting revelation to our minds, infusing power in our wills, and working His sovereign and gracious purposes through us. They are God Himself working in, with, and through human thoughts, deeds, words, and love. They are Jesus' power flowing through Jesus' people so that His body, (Jesus' church) will be supernaturally built up to live and look like Jesus, demonstrating Jesus’ kingdom on earth.
As a church we are examining what it looks like to be committed to the centrality and functional authority (inerrancy) of the Bible and to the effective, Christ-exalting operation of all spiritual gifts.
